Cuvée Caroline 2018

This smooth fruit forward dry wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 24 months after alcoholic fermentation and malo-lactic conversion.  Light nose of oak with loads of small red berries on the palate. 50% Petite Pearl (Estate), 25% Syrah (Niagara) and 25% Malbec (Niagara)

This easy drinking sipping wine can be enjoyed on its own at anytime or with light finger foods such as hors d’oeuvres or a charcuterie board.
