Cuvée Analie 2017

90% Vidal (Niagara), 5% Riesling (Niagara) and 5% Frontenac Blanc (Estate)

Fermented in stainless steel tank then barrel aged for 6 months in neutral French oak barrels followed by another 6 months in stainless steel tank with lees. 

Dry crisp and refreshing wine with pear and apple flavours on the palate and a touch of oak on the nose.

Great sipping wine on its own or with light finger foods.
