100% Chardonnay (Niagara)

60% of total volume was fermented in new French and Canadian oak barrel, 40% was fermented in stainless tank then they were blended together after 3 months.

Powerful and concentrated dry wine with a long balanced finish.  Full of grapefruit flavours with hazelnuts at the end.

Pairs well with roasted chicken or turkey
